Public Health and Mental Health. Size: 270,000 SF. Members of the
sustainability team include Greg Franta, FAIA and Victor Olgyay, AIA
from the Rocky Mountain Institute RMI/ENSAR Built Environment from
Colorado and Chris Schaffner, The Green Engineer from Boston, MA.
The Design Development Phase has been completed and the project will
pursue LEED 2.2 certification.
Daylighting and energy consultant to UNC Chapel Hill Facilities
Planning for the UNC Botanical Garden Visitor Center, designed by
