Sustainability consultant for the new NW Campus of the Guilford Technical Community College in Oak Ridge, NC. The design team lead by Perkins+Eastman of Charlotte, includes Neighborhood Concepts, Greg Mercer Architects, Sud Associates, Mulkey, among others. Design Development is complete and will pursue LEED-NC 2.2 Platinum certification.
Sustainability consultant with The Freelon Group of Durham for the new Durham County Human Services Complex in downtown Durham (405 E Main Street). The project will house DSS, Public Health and Mental Health. Size: 270,000 SF. Members of the sustainability team include Victor Olgyay, AIA from the Rocky Mountain Institute RMI/ Built Environment from Colorado. The project will pursue LEED NC 2.2 certification at the Gold level and Phase I is under construction.

Ravetto and Carol Wilburn as members of GreenPros developed and presented
a customized 3-half-day workshops for the staff of the city of Raleigh.

this program October 22nd, November 5th and 13th 2008.
