Residential new custom home in Chatham County - Barn raising in progress!

Sustainability consultant with The Freelon Group of Durham for the new Durham County Human Services Complex in downtown Durham (400 E Main Street). The project will house DSS, Public Health and Mental Health. Size: 270,000 SF. Members of the sustainability team include Victor Olgyay, AIA from the Rocky Mountain Institute RMI/ Built Environment from Colorado.

The project will pursue LEED NC 2.2 certification at the Gold level.

Phase I is completed and Phase II is under construction.
